We will take you through our everyday warm up routine first, followed by extended throw & catch (most important!). We will then break into position groups and do two sessions of 20-25 minutes (if you play multiple positions, this will give you an opportunity to do both). We will then take on field batting practice for about 45 minutes. Included in that time, you will be timed from home to 1st (and possibly on a steal of 2nd); get exit velocity readings off a tee; and get pull down velos on a crowhop/running throw. Last, we will have simulated game/live ABs -- the number of which will be determined by the pitchers in camp. Pitchers should plan to throw 25 pitches off the mound to hitters. Pitchers will be gunned as well.
